Data Architect & Manager required to join an award winning and expanding professional services company based in Esher, Surrey. The Company have multiple sites across the UK with over 1,500 end users. As the Data Architect & Manager, you will take full ownership of the data life cycle, including GDPR compliance, from the initial data source to when it arrives in the hands of the end client. Service Desk Analyst, 1st/ 2nd Line, Legal, £35k

1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst is required by a well established Legal firm based in Central London paying up to £35k. During your probation period they would like you to be in the office full time however overtime there will be scope for you to work from home at least one day per week as long as its agreed in advance with the Line Manager.

You will be joining an IT Team of 4 and be the main point of contact for all tickets logged. You will be required to log and troubleshoot issues or escalate to the relevant person to resolve the issue. This is an on perm, ITIL scripted Service Desk so you will be required to follow a process.

The successful 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst, will have basic troubleshooting and resolution skills along with excellent customer service skills and will be able to follow process. This role will probably suit someone who has 2/3 years experience working in an IT Call centre environment or similar setting and wants to get involved in support a little deeper. You will need some knowledge and experience supporting of Microsoft applications, Active Directory, Azure MFA, Softphones, Mimecast, Sophos and ideally Proclaim or BigHand.

2nd Line Support is required by a well established Technology firm based in Central London paying up to £40k. You will be working in a MAC heavy environment supporting around 150 end users. This role will be 3 days a week onsite 2 days working from home.

The successful Support Engineer will get involved with the hands-on, day-to-day 1st and 2nd Line support across the organisation and will include VIP Support both remotely and desk side support to internal staff and clients. You will troubleshoot the initial ticket and work with the user and senior teams to establish a solution and resolve the ticket. You will also get involved with software and licence purchasing.

The successful Support Engineer will have experience working with both MAC and Windows Platforms, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune and MDM for iOS and Android devices.

Head of IT and Business Systems is required by a well established construction firm with a head office near Blackfriars Station paying up to £110k with a car allowance.
