Fees

Permanent Recruitment Fee

  • Our standard fee is 18% + VAT, calculated on basic salary only. You are only invoiced on the day the person starts with your company.
  • 12 week rebate guarantee period.
  • 30 day payment terms.

Interim Recruitment Fee

  • Covers cover for maternity, long term sickness, staff shortfalls or secondments. Fees follow the same structure as Permanent, prorated.
  • 18% + VAT, calculated on basic salary only. Invoiced on the candidate’s first day in the role.
  • 30 day payment terms.

 

 

 

Contractor Management Fee

  • Our Management Fee is 18% + VAT, applied on top of the rate paid to the Contractor (Limited Company or Umbrella). Invoices are issued weekly, on the Tuesday after the week worked, covering both the Contractor Fee and our Management Fee.
  • 7 day payment terms.
  • Includes:
    • Timesheet Portal billing system
    • ID verification
    • IR35 guidance
    • References

  • £100 inc VAT
  • Payment upfront / on commencement

  • £299 + VAT
