Fees

To Kick Start a Proactive and Productive Start to 2025, we are offering a Fee of 12.5% if you can give us 2 weeks exclusivity. 

Permanent Recruitment Fee

• Our fees are 15% + VAT or 12.5% with 2 weeks exclusivity and are calculated on basic salary only. You will only receive an invoice when we place someone with your company, this will be issued on their first day in the role.
• 30 Day Payment Terms for Permanent & Interim Recruitment Services

Interim Recruitment Fee

• If you are looking for interim recruitment specialists to help you find cover for maternity, long term sickness, a staff shortfall or secondments, our fees are aligned to our permanent fee structure on a prorated basis.
• Our fees are 15% + VAT and are calculated on basic salary only. You will only receive an invoice when we place someone with your company, this will be issued on their first day in the role.
• 30 Day Payment Terms for Permanent & Interim Recruitment Services

Contractor Management Fee

• Our Management Fee is 15% + VAT and is applied to all contracts, that is what is paid to the Contractor, either to their Limited Company or to an Umbrella Company, invoices will be issued on the Tuesday of the week following the work has taken place, it will include the Contractor Fee and our Management Fee
