Here’s exactly how we work.
The Five Stages
Stage 1 — Understanding Your Brief
Before we look for anyone, we spend time understanding your business properly. Not just the job spec — why the role exists, what the team looks like, what success means in your environment and what kind of person actually thrives there.
We’ll also give you an honest market view. What candidates are available, what they’re earning, how long a search like this typically takes and what will make your role attractive to the right person.
Stage 2 — Finding the Right People
We headhunt. We map passive candidates — people who aren’t looking but would move for the right opportunity. We work our network. And we advertise simultaneously across up to 22 platforms including LinkedIn, CW Jobs, CV Library, Jobserve, TotalJobs, Indeed and Google Jobs — at no extra cost.
Every role we take on is worked by a dedicated Resource Manager. One project at a time. Not split across ten briefs. Yours.
Stage 3 — Delivering the Shortlist
We don’t send you a flood of CVs. We send you the right people.
Every candidate is delivered individually with a written overview explaining exactly why we believe they’re right for your role — not a generic summary, a specific case for that person. You also receive a shortlist overview so you can see the full picture at a glance.
For permanent roles, shortlists are delivered within 5 days as a maximum. For contractors, you’ll have a shortlist within 24 hours and candidates ready to start within 3 days. Often sooner.
Stage 4 — Keeping the Momentum
We know recruitment isn’t always your highest priority. It’s always ours.
We keep the campaign moving — scheduling interviews, following up on feedback, adjusting the search if needed. We’ll check in regularly so nothing stalls and the process doesn’t lose momentum while you’re focused on running your business.
Stage 5 — Offer, Resignation and Beyond
Most agencies disappear at offer stage. We don’t.
We negotiate the offer, manage the resignation, help steer the candidate through their notice period and keep a close eye on counter offers. We stay in touch through onboarding and check in during the probation period to make sure everything is working on both sides.
That’s what we mean by cradle to grave.
