Refer a Friend and Earn £250

We value loyalty and believe in rewarding it! If you refer a candidate to Langley James IT Recruitment and they secure a role with us, or if you choose to continue working with us as your recruitment partner, you could earn up to £250* (terms and conditions apply).

How It Works:

Refer: If we successfully place a candidate you refer to us in either a permanent or temporary role, you’ll receive up to £250*.

Instructions:

Obtain the referred candidate’s consent to share their contact information with us.
Call us on +44 (0207) 788 6600 or email us at langleyjames@langleyjames.com to provide the candidate’s details and activate this referral offer.

Once we receive the candidate’s information, we’ll confirm the referral fee you could earn based on the guidelines outlined below. You’ll receive the payment once the candidate is placed and meets the necessary criteria.

Remain: Continue your job search with us, and if you choose to stay with Langley James as your recruitment partner, you could also earn up to £250*.

Terms and Conditions

You must have the referred candidate’s explicit consent to share their information with Langley James before submitting their details.
The referred candidate must be new to our database or have not been in contact with Langley James in the last six months.
Referral and remain payments will be made after the referred candidate completes eight weeks of timesheets (for contractors) or passes their probationary period (for permanent roles).
The remain payment is valid when you move to a new client through us. Transfers to a different role with the same client do not qualify.
Referral fees are paid as follows:
- Temporary Placements:
  - Weekly agency fee less than £100 = £100 referral fee
  - Weekly agency fee more than £100 = £250 referral fee
- Permanent Placements:
  - Salary under £25,000 = £100 referral fee
  - Salary over £25,000 = £250 referral fee
