Refer a Friend and Earn £250

Refer a candidate, tell us about a vacancy, you could earn a reward in each case (terms apply).

How It Works

Refer a Friend: If we place a candidate you refer in a permanent or temporary role, you receive up to £250.

Get the referred candidate’s consent to share their contact details with us.

We’ll confirm the fee you could earn against the guidelines below. Payment follows once the candidate is placed and meets the necessary criteria.

Refer a Vacancy:

Tell us about a permanent or contract vacancy – at your employer or elsewhere – and if we go on to fill it, you could earn up to £500 once the placed candidate has remained in the role for 3 months.

Terms and Conditions
- You must have the referred candidate’s explicit consent before submitting their details.
- The referred candidate must be new to our database, or not have been in contact with us in the last six months.
- Referral and remain payments (candidate referrals and staying with us) are made after the candidate completes eight weeks of timesheets (contractors) or passes probation (permanent roles).
- Vacancy referral payments are made only once the placed candidate has remained in the role for 3 months, and only where we had no pre-existing relationship with that vacancy or employer.
- The remain payment applies when you move to a new client through us. Transferring to a different role with the same client does not qualify.
Referral fees (Refer a Friend):
- - Temporary placements — weekly agency fee under £100: £100. Over £100: £250.
  - Permanent placements — salary under £25,000: £100. Over £25,000: £250.

  - Temporary/contract placements — weekly agency fee under £100: £200. Over £100: £500.
  - Permanent placements — salary under £25,000: £200. Over £25,000: £500.
