JOB DESCRIPTION: IT Support Engineer Up to £40,000 | Hybrid | London Join a team of three delivering IT support across an established, multi site organisation. This is not a ticket factory role. You'll handle 1st and 2nd line support across a technology estate covering Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, networking and endpoint management. There's a genuine pathway here. Many of the firm's technical specialists started in support and moved into infrastructure, cloud or security through hands on project work. Hybrid working: two weeks in the office, one week remote. What you'll need: Experience in an IT support or service desk environment. Strong troubleshooting skills. Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 experience. Excellent communication. A bonus if you have: Entra ID, Intune, PowerShell, Azure, ITIL, or exposure to AI tools such as Copilot. They want someone who: Takes ownership rather than escalating.
