JOB DESCRIPTION: VMware Infrastructure Engineer — Elstree, Hertfordshire — up to £60,000 An IT services provider based in Elstree, Hertfordshire is looking for a VMware Infrastructure Engineer to join its growing technical team. The business has just secured a new contract with a well known household name client, and is expanding its whole operation by 50% as a result, making this a genuine opportunity to join at a point of real growth rather than simply backfilling a role. You will be responsible for managing and supporting VMware infrastructure across the business and its client base, working closely with a small technical team to maintain, troubleshoot and improve virtualised environments. Strong hands on experience with VMware technologies is essential, alongside a solid understanding of broader IT infrastructure and networking. Given the size of the team, this role suits someone comfortable with real ownership and variety, rather than a narrow slice of a much larger operation.
