The successful Support Engineer will get involved with the hands-on, day-to-day 1st and 2nd Line support across the organisation and will include VIP Support both remotely and desk side support to internal staff and clients. You will troubleshoot the initial ticket and work with the user and senior teams to establish a solution and resolve the ticket. You will also get involved with software and licence purchasing.
