THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES As the AI Adoption Lead, you will sit within the Knowledge and Innovation department, acting as the primary catalyst for embedding Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot solutions into daily workflows. Key responsibilities include: ·Developing and executing practical Change Management strategies to drive widespread tool adoption across business and operational units. ·Designing and delivering hands-on workshops, custom prompt libraries, and role-specific learning resources for Microsoft Copilot and M365 AI capabilities. ·Building and nurturing an internal network of "AI Champions" to accelerate best practices and peer-to-peer engagement. ·Balancing rapid technological innovation with ethical AI frameworks, compliance, and responsible usage standards. ·Gathering usage analytics and user feedback to continuously refine training and maximize business efficiency.
