The Role: The Ultimate Collaborative Connection Operating as the sole internal technical authority, you will be the crucial bridge between the business's day-to-day users and their external Managed Service Provider (MSP). Because there is no internal technical safety net, you must have the confidence and capability to stand entirely on your own two feet from day one. You won't need to be an expert in every single proprietary niche application they use—but you must know how to manage people, processes, and partners to get results. Your core mandate will involve: ·Vendor & MSP Management: Taking absolute ownership of user issues by driving, challenging, and liaising with third-party vendors and the MSP to ensure rapid, high-quality resolutions. ·Cross-Platform Oversight: Maintaining and optimizing a diverse, modern technology estate that seamlessly blends both Mac and Windows environments. ·User Advocacy: Supporting a highly professional user base across 5 distinct sites, ensuring operational stability and minimal downtime. ·Strategic Growth: Mapping out infrastructure improvements and creating the blueprint to scale and hire an internal IT team as the business continues to grow.
