JOB DESCRIPTION: IT Lead to manage and be responsible for all IT and Tech, including projects and the usual business as usual day to day end user support by a Wirral manufacturer they have over 100+ end users. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of all daily operations while leading high-impact projects that define the company’s future. From driving digital automation and transitioning to paperless systems to expanding WFH capabilities and managing the tech integration for a larger warehouse move, this is a role where your expertise directly fuels business growth. The salary is paying upto 40k, it is an office based role, hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and a 12.30 finish on Friday Technical Skills & Experience The successful IT Lead will be a hands-on technical expert with a proven track record in Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure, and Office365 Administration, alongside MDM solutions. To be successful, you must demonstrate experience in managing an entire IT function or playing a lead role within a small team. We are looking for a proactive professional who has delivered tangible projects, rather than someone who has focused solely on day-to-day support.
