·Legacy Shutdown Sequencing: Experience in the high-risk "functional shutdown" of old systems without disrupting global membership services .
·Roadmap & Dependency Mapping: Expert-level skill in identifying how a change in the booking system affects marketing , communications , and support departments .
·Financial Acumen: Management of complex project budgets (up to £70k salary level responsibilities) and variance reporting .
