If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you with our client, a leading Managed Services Provider that have great expansion plans of the next year, you should be technically hands on and upto date with Cloud MS Stack, the role is paying upto 45k and there is a twice yearly bonus which could be quite substantial based in Bournemouth. We are seeking someone with an understanding of network and site configuration in a fast paced environment. This is a pivotal role where you'll be instrumental in overseeing critical projects and driving their successful implementation. You'll be managing a dedicated team of four technical professionals, guiding their development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. What we're looking for: ·Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar senior technical role. ·Strong background in Managed Services, with hands-on experience across the Microsoft Stack. ·Demonstrable experience in end-to-end project oversight and implementation. ·Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring. ·A solid understanding of diverse technologies relevant to an MSP environment. ·Any experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) or no-low code development platforms would be a significant advantage. ·A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills. ·Crucially, you'll need to be local to Bournemouth or within a commutable distance, as this role will be primarily on-site, especially during the initial 6 months.
