JOB DESCRIPTION: Support Technician Junior with Mac & Windows support skills (Jamf and Intune preferred but will train) upto 32k required by a global digital advertising agency based in their London office. The award winning Company who promote some of the world's most recognised brands are seeking a pro-active IT Support Technician to champion IT support to their offices throughout Europe, America and the Far East. We’re looking for someone with a “can-do, will-do” attitude—someone who says, “I want to help” and “I’ll own and solve this problem.” Technical skills can be taught, but a proactive, solution-oriented mindset makes all the difference. We're also after a true people person—someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and brings positive energy to every in-person interaction. The role is predominantly office based, with the possibility of working remotely on some Fridays You will be the person on the ground, in their offices assisting the 50 UK based users, many within the offices, you will set up users, assist with AV meeting rooms, on board and off board users, you will also assist the users in Berlin too. They have a 70/30 split on Macs to PC's The Mac Support Technician will reporting directly to the IT Manager, the Support Technician will be expected to offer advanced troubleshooting, run a multitude of projects There is a certain amount of autonomy to the role and they are looking for someone to be proactive and bring ideas to the table.
