2nd/ 3rd Line Technical Support Analyst is required by a small law firm, paying up to £46k working hybrid, 3 days a week based from their Head Office in Central London. You will be joining a close knit team of 6 who support around 120 end users.

The successful 2nd/3rd Line Technical Support Analyst will work along side the Technical Support Lead and will ask as an escalation point for the 1st/2nd Line Analysts and will help them with your knowledge to up skill. Along with day to day BAU you will also work with the Technical Lead on Projects and help them with ideas to develop the IT functions.

Skills and Experience Required
Windows 10/11,
Microsoft Entra/ Azure,
Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 administration and troubleshooting,
Active directory, Group Policies, DHCP and Remote Desktop Services

Security best practices

Networking principles AND troubleshooting

SQL scripting, PowerShell and Visual Basic

This role will ideally suit someone who has worked in a similar sized team in a legal setting and knows in small teams rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in is a must.
