Tech System Support/ Account Manager required by an expanding tech company near King’s Cross, paying 30-40K depending on experience.
An opportunity for someone with an IT/ software Support background to step into an Account Manager role, taking ownership of the relationships between the company and their clients, helping deliver bespoke technical solutions to a diverse range of clients. A significant training will be provided to have a strong working knowledge of the organisation’s specific applications.
What you will do:
- Learn the organisation’s applications to understand how and why they work
- Follow specific legislative process and understand implications of non-compliance to both business and client
- Engage with internal staff and clients to ensure organisation meets Service Level Agreements
- Support business take on new tasks to develop

- Some IT/ software experience
