Business Systems Analyst, 40-45K, Charing Cross, Hybrid, UK Travelling involved.

IT Business Systems Analyst required by a rapidly growing Asset Management Group with headquarters in Charing Cross. This Business Systems Analyst will be the necessary connection point between their IT capacity and business objectives by supporting the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of their software product’s features.

The Business Systems Analyst role will work closely with stakeholders to establish goals, develop best practices to collect data, and analyse current processes to identify process improvement solutions. The Business Systems Analyst is expected to help improve efficiency by identifying areas that can be improved, strengthening processes where necessary, and communicating findings with those throughout all levels of the organisation. You will work with a variety of teams within the Group including the IT Team, Finance systems users and operational business management.

What you will do:

• Define configuration specifications and business systems requirements
• Perform quality assurance
• Define reporting requirements
• Develop and take ownership of relationships with partners, coordinating with them to optimise and improve business systems and group integration
• Help design and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues and make recommendations to product team
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team
• Constantly improve reporting, solve issues and deliver better value to the customer

What you need:

• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in understanding and documenting business requirements and testing solutions
• Experience in Tableau and Power Bi to analyse business data using data visualization techniques.
• Experience in implementation of CRM and ERP applications within an organisation
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Excellent communication skills including technical writing skills
• Good knowledge & Experience in all Microsoft packages
