Standalone IT Support (up to 3rd Line) is required by a well established not for profit company based in central London to provide support and technical transformation project. You will need to hit the ground running by providing daily BUA support to the 35 users, alongside Senior Management to analyse all technology and help bring all platforms up to date and in sync with one another.

This role is currently standalone, but as you develop and enhance the organisation’s technical capabilities, this role will grow into a management opportunity as you will be able to recruit and manage a team member!

Skills and Experience Required
You must have experience working in standalone roles providing 1st-3rd Line Support

Upgrading and decommissioning old equipment, including servers
Expereince setting up AV Equipment and meeting rooms

Knowledge of improving systems and software

Working with budgets and senior stakeholders
