Stand alone 2nd Line Engineer who is keen to progress into a 3rd Line position is required by a London based MSP based in South Bank who are seeking to grow and progress within the next 12 months paying up to £35k.

The successful candidate will be a solid 2nd Line Support Engineer who can work independently, be responsible for their workload and adapt to situations presented by clients. They will have experience working in client facing support roles who have worked with both Windows and Mac operating systems and are proficient in Microsoft 365 Cloud Support. You will be servicing and fixing equipment, setting up new users, and supporting clients both face to face and remotely.

The position requires travel to central London based clients where your travel is paid for, an allowance given for lunch, given great responsibility opportunities and the opportunities to travel internationally.
