Software Support Engineer required by a digital transformation consultancy based in Cheshire. The organisation, who works closely with clients based in the public sector, offers digital solutions in the form of IT support, technology, software and media. The Software Support Engineer will assist around 2500 end-users across 50 clients with software issues that are reported via email, telephone and video call.
The Software Support Engineer will be passionate about support within the IT area and delivering this to an exceptional standard. They will be experienced with .NET, Azure, Visual Studio, CSS, C#, SQL and Octopus and be able to provide support at a 2nd and 3rd line level. Day to day, the Software Support Engineer will be logging queries and assisting in the form of code and data fixes.
