Senior Infrastructure Analyst required by a Managed Service Provider who specialised in IT Service for the Legal Sector based in Romford, Essex and are offering up to £38k. Reporting to the InfrastructureManager you will be responsible for the sound delivery of technical services for new and existing clients. Any prior experience within a MSP or experience with Legal Systems such as Practice Management Systems would be a distinct advantage.

You will be joining a growing organisation and form part of the team who assess the severity and priority of incoming incidents and take appropriate action to provide the most effective solution. This may include escalating potential problems such as the use of unauthorised software, major software/hardware outages, dangerous operating practices and the rise of loss or damage to hardware or software, which could be discovered during your day-to-day support activities.

Skills Required include;

• Cisco and other routing technologies
• VMware infrastructure management.
• Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
• NAS and SAN storage clusters
• Azure
• Microsoft SQL solutions

The ideal candidate would also hold their CCNA, VMWare, MCSE and have experience in the Legal and Finance sector.
