Service Desk Team Leader opportunity available with one of the UK’s leading MSPs based in London Bridge, offering a salary of up to £45k. This is a fantastic chance to take on a hybrid shift pattern working both 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday and 2-10pm Monday to Friday, and to lead a team of 15 1st/2nd Line Support Engineers.
As a Service Desk Team Leader, you will be technically hands-on, utilizing your strong leadership skills and experience with ITIL to drive improvement within the team. You will be responsible for conducting staff appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing continuous support and development for the team.
