Service Desk Analyst required by a leading consultancy within the property sector who deliver a wealth of construction work per year with offices based both in the UK and internationally. Looking for a vibrant personality to join their team of 7 within the iT department supporting up to 1200 users both on-site and remotely.
The Service Desk Analyst will be skilled in working within a Windows environment supporting all hardware from desktops and laptops to tablets. They will also be adept in mobile device management and software and hardware deployment.
The Service Desk Analyst will value looking sharp at all times and enjoy building relationships with those that they are providing support to.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
– Experience supporting a variety of Windows systems including Windows 7/8/10, Office 2010-2016
– Exposure to supporting a range of different hardware’s
– Experience with MDM
– Familiar with deployment projects
– Adept in the support of Active Directory
