Day to day, the Service Delivery Analyst would be responsible for the monitoring of all Service Delivery aspects of the organisation. This would involve analysing supplier performance, ticketing trends, KPI’s and SLA’s and making suggestions on improvements in these areas, such as supplying user guides or changing software or applications being used. Another branch of the role touches upon technical support, including lending a helping hand to roll-outs, software testing and checking in with end users once the roll outs have been deployed. The Service Desk Analysts insight into the service delivery of the business will also aid in looking into the procurement of the equipment within the organisation.
The Service Delivery Analyst will be expected to liaise with end users and staff at all levels of technicalities and titles, so exceptional people skills are a must. This role would suit an analytical individual who has a passion for helping others develop an understanding of their findings and how to improve the services they are delivering.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
- Experienced with Power BI and Excel
- Skilled in supplying 1st line support and familiar with the procurement process
- Working knowledge of MS software products
- Experienced in working with end users and staff of all technical levels and abilities
