Senior Support Analyst required by one of the UK’s leading commercial property development companies, based in Docklands paying up to £40k. This is a fantastic opportunity for an eager Support Analyst to join a growing company and take their career to the next level.
The Senior Support Analyst will have excellent customer care skills and act as a mentor for the 1st/2nd Line Analysts who are responsible for all Windows/ MAC face to face and remote support requests for all levels of the business. Along with mentoring the 1st/2nd Line members you will be technically hands on with the Support tickets at a 2nd Line level.
The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of three years technical IT experience and be willing to complete a technical test as the first stage interview.
They will test your skills and knowledge with Microsoft Servers, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Office 365 and Cisco Networking products.
The ideal candidate will also get extra brownie points if you have worked with or supported Yardi Software in the past as this role largely supports the Yardi Financial Platform.
