Senior Service Desk Technician, paying up to £35k, is required by a leading environmental consultancy company to support a user base of over 1000 across 30 offices in EMEA with the prospect of visiting these offices. You will be joining a dynamic team of 7 proactive support analysts and be given every opportunity to develop your skillset.

The successful Senior Service Desk Technician will operate from the London office as well as offer high-quality Support at 2nd Line level, you will be encouraged to contribute to service improvement ideas as well as identify training requirements for end-users and develop the subsequent training material, and proactively order an manage stock for the projects.

The ideal Service Desk Technician will have the following skills and experience:
Office 365 / Exchange,

Windows Server (2010 and above),
Strong knowledge of IT hardware- Printers, laptops, desktops,

Endpoint Imaging and build,
AV Support,

Active Directory / Group Policy,

A good understanding of networks – Switches, Routers, Firewalls, LAN, WAN
