Scrum Master is required by a well-known and global, leading organisation operating within the manufacturing sector, paying up to £30k. The successful candidate will be joining an integral part of the team at the Crewe Office to ensure Agile best practices, mentor teams.
The successful Scrum Master will help the team focus on sprint goals, reach goals, facilitate daily standups, and sprint planning and reviews. You will support the leadership teams in communicating with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and help the product owner deliver a quality product. The Scrum Master
You will work with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to encourage them to grow within their roles and work with Scrum Teams to understand strengths and weakness, and guide and coach them on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver top quality products and services for their customers.
The ideal candidate will hold at least two years of experience in a similar role and would have knowledge of Saas platforms and an understanding of the full lifecycle and software testing.
