Scheduling Manager required by a well-established retail marketing business in Runcorn. This exciting opportunity, paying up to £25,000, has been newly created following progressive business growth during 2020. As a result, the team need a Scheduling Manager to support the core and tactical field engineers, project managers and other stakeholders in a fast moving, time-critical, customer service focused environment.
Primarily, the Scheduling Manager will efficiently plan and schedule the Field Engineers workload to ensure that the scheduling process is delivering maximum productivity, while constantly monitoring set schedules, ensuring engineers are not being overloaded and work plans are followed and completed on time. You’ll also be tasked with recommending process changes for the betterment of the business, coming up with new improvement innovations and indeed any other way of increasing profitability and productivity through efficiency.
Successful Scheduling Manager candidates will have experience in similar, fast paced environments in an analytical, organisational or merchandising capacity. Strong MS Excel skills are essential including Pivot tables, Lookups and Advanced Formulas. Any experience in a planning or workload coordination position would certainly be advantageous.
