MS O365 Product Owner required by a leading Legal Firm based in Central London. This is a newly created position for an experienced MS O365 professional to share your knowledge, experience, and expertise, championing the full product range and its application.
As the MS O365 Product Owner, you will serve as the ‘subject matter expert’ for Microsoft Office 365, responsible for driving user adoption to maximising the value of investment. It’ll be your job to drive positive improvement in business practice, effective collaboration and efficient processes in relation to Microsoft Products. You’ll establish effective working relationships with business colleagues at all levels across the organisation, including line managers, power users and champions, to ensure that the full value of the investment in Office 365 is realised.
You’ll also assist with of 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support and assist colleagues to be proficient, skilled, valued and trusted O365 professionals by the method of knowledge sharing.
The right MS O365 Product Owner candidate will be service-oriented, capable of driving positive, consultative collaboration within and between all functions of the business. Strong stakeholder management ability at all levels, ideally with experience of training, mentoring and/or coaching. Demonstrable expertise with MS products.
