Marketing Manager required by fast-growing and hugely successful B2B organisation based very near Luton offering a salary of up to £60,000. They are seeking an experienced professional to take full control of the company’s marketing team, suppliers and assets, to help them increase lead generation and brand exposure.
Initially, the Marketing Manager will audit the existing marketing setup, develop a multi-channel strategy and propose a plan for approval. Once underway, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing a small team. Together you’ll execute campaigns, feedback with progress and leads to the Directors, and report on success.
Day to day as the Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the marketing strategy and budgets, execute B2B digital marketing campaigns, build brand awareness and brand strength, while also improving prospect and customer experience. You’ll be responsible for designing and controlling PPC, SEO and Social Media (with the day to day help of juniors), maintaining and analysing the website, plan and execute email marketing campaigns, and help with events. Work with the Data Analysts to identify trends and insights, and optimise marketing spend. Collaborate with internal teams to produce content and landing pages to optimise user experience. Work with marketing, PR agencies, and vendors.
Successful Marketing Manager candidates will have proven experience driving B2B growth with designing and executing effective marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You’ll be innovative, driven and positive and possess strong team management experience.
