Support Engineer/ MAC Specialist is required by a growing Managed Service Provider based Enfield paying up to £37k. You will predominantly be supporting clients who use MAC books and iOS devices as their main set up.
The successful Support Engineer/ MAC Specialist will get involved with the hands-on, day-to-day 1st and 3rd Line MAC support across various client sites and will include VIP Support both remotely and desk side support on the clients site at least 1 day per week with adhoc visits scheduled for the other clients.
The successful candidate will have worked in MAC heavy environment and be confident becoming the companies go to MAC Specialist, you will also be required to support general Windows/ Office 365 issues however your main duties will be dealing with MAC based queries.
The successful Support Engineer/ MAC Specialist will be confident working alone and will be happy working clients sites at least 3 days per week once fully trained and up. Along with strong MAC experience you will also hold solid experience supporting Windows Platforms, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune and MDM for iOS and Android devices.
This opportunity would suit someone who has a couple of years experience MAC experience who wants to be given greater exposure to technology and become a MAC Specialist.
