Junior/Mid Network & AV Support Analyst required to join an exciting and expanding Fleet Street publishers. Due to continued growth, this is a new role as they continue to expand their IT team.

Joining a team in excess of 100, this is a key role that will see you have responsibility for everything network based, You will also be an expert when it comes to AV, as this role hold responsibility for setting up and running numerous remote sessions with a broad range of clients. It is therefore essential that you have excellent presentation and communication skills – this is a customer facing role.

You will need experience with Networking, Troubleshooting, Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and AV Technologies such as Zoom, BlueJeans etc. It would be desirable to have previously worked in the professional services sector.

You will be providing the highest standard service to clients, maintaining network documentation, working with clients face to face, and taking responsibility over projects.
