Junior IT Support Analyst required by an outstanding, London based creative marketing and communications business renowned for cultivating a career-focused culture, allowing people to develop meaningfully, experience new things and progress. As such, they’re seeking a driven, confident but humble Junior IT Support Analyst, someone keen to learn and deliver first-class IT solution services to a multi-site, creative user base.
The Junior IT Support Analyst will not only handle 1st and 2nd Line enquiries but be expected to Investigate and troubleshoot where possible, requiring Initiative and a willingness to learn and solve problems. Servicing 60/40 PC and Mac environments, you’ll support and maintain workstations and laptops, printers, phones, tablets, A/V, phones, and client-side apps, all within agreed KPIs and SLA.
To be considered for the Junior IT Support Analyst position, you’ll need at least some professional IT support experience, Including Internships. An Interest or knowledge of Macs would be great along with experience with windows 10, O365, Sharepoint, active directory, networking, and online meeting systems would all be Ideal. Any marketing experience would of course be a plus.
