IT Support Technician offering up to £30k required by a reputable IT Managed Service Provider to support a reputable healthcare organisation based in Windsor. The IT Support Technician will be the sole onsite support at a 2nd line level to around 350 end users, receiving support and mentorship from a 3rd Line Engineer once a week, if required.
Day to day, the IT Support Technician will be responsible for ensuring the organisation’s systems and applications are consistently running to a high standard involving the maintenance and issue resolution of infrastructure, hardware, and software. The IT Support Technician will be able to escalate more complex issues to Engineers who will have the ability to deploy projects accordingly.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
- Knowledgeable in supporting Windows systems and servers
- Experience with the management of Office 365 and Sharepoint
- Adept in the support of computer hardware, software, security and networking
- MCSA or relevant IT qualifications
