Desktop Support Analyst is required to be part of a 3 person IT Department Supporting 100 users within a highly reputable and historic professional law firm in Chelmsford paying upto 27k

This is a great opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their IT team of 2, supporting 100 users. This person will be an excellent communicator, politely dealing with customers, taking queries in person, via email and the phone. In return they are offering a salary of up to £27,000 and an opportunity to join a progressive organisation with family roots and learn new skills in a positive working culture.

In this role the Desktop Support Analyst will support the company’s clients, resolving or escalating hardware or software issues, recording and logging all IT issues, monitoring the help desk queue and upgrading new equipment.

Ideally, candidates for this Desktop Support Analyst role will have some good experience in an IT service/help desk environment and experience in cloud-based environments with some knowledge of Microsoft 365 would be ideal. Above all, candidates will have a positive, engaging attitude willing to get stuck into solving problems and learning new things.
