IT Service Desk Manager is required by a fast growing, £500m turnover construction company with ambitions to double in size in the next 3 years. Based from their head office in Kent, the IT Service Desk Manager will be responsible for the IT Service Desk who support surveyors, engineers and commercial staff with remote and physical IT issues. Day to day, the IIT Service Desk Manager will ensure all team members are proactive supporting them to develop themselves, maintain and improve the companies networks and site projects. You will work closely with the Security Manager and Infrastructure Managers to ensure all projects run as smoothly as possible with minimal disruption to the business and must be willing to get your hands dirty this is a small team and you will be required to get involved technically.
It is essential you have thorough knowledge and experience of networks and cloud computing, in particular Azure and Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, ITIL Environments, merger and acquisition integrations and have a proven background in managing small teams.
You must have a valid UK Driving License as occasional travel may be required to visit sites to assist with the implementations or decommissioning of equipment. (full expenses paid)
