3 Month FTC IT Support Analyst required by an award-winning socially conscious professional services organisation based in Central London. Currently established as a leading company in their sector, they are looking primarily for 1st line support on all IT and communication issues escalating to the 3rd line team where necessary. Supplementary 2nd line support will be required with the occasional off-site support, troubleshooting and answering queries from staff.

In return they are offering £32,000 to £42,000 depending on experience with private medical insurance, paternity pay, gym discounts and more as well as having a strong reputation for being a desirable company to work for.

In this role the IT Support Analyst will join a team of circa 15, provide general Office Team support and ensure the Meeting Room Audio/ Video Conferencing facilities run smoothly. They will configure smartphone, tablet and laptop devices and assist with new hardware and software installations.

Candidates for this IT Support Analyst role will have experience or reasonable familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange & Outlook, Office 365, Remote Tools and TeamViewer, Mimecast, Zoom and Teams Support, Intune, Windows 10 and general networking.

Previous legal work experience would be ideal and/or other professional service experience.
