IT Business Analyst required by a reputable and rapidly expanding professional services organisation specialising in Insurance. Working with end clients based in the US, the company are predicting a 40% growth within the next 5 years. This is a great opportunity for a successful and dynamic Business Analyst with a sound understanding of the Insurance world to enter a role where they will be able to mould and shape the IT project delivery process.

As the IT Business Analyst, you will work directly with the IT and Project Management teams, including infrastructure, DevOps, Software Engineering and Data Analytics, providing them with the necessary information, setting out the appropriate roadmaps and for multiple projects. Skills in Excel, Pivot Tables and SQL are extremely beneficial in this role. The IT Business Analyst will have exceptional presentation skills and be able to act as a representative for the IT Department when attending review meetings and relaying feedback to senior members of the team.

Relevant Skills and Experience:

• Highly experienced in an IT Business Analyst role within the Insurance industry.
• A high level of analytical skill using both Excel and SQL
• Familiar with using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps to create User Stories
• Exposure to BI development
