Infrastructure Support Engineer, Third Line Support Engineer, Assistant IT Manager, Technical Lead is required by a Head Office based in the West End near Covent Garden Station paying up to 60k + Bens. You will report to the IT Director and be responsible for planning, managing, and supporting the IT infrastructure in a team of circa 10 people. You will be instrumental in the Digital Transformation and migration to a Cloud-based system in which you should have proven previous experience. As the second in charge of the IT Department, your team will be responsible for the daily monitoring, administration, and maintenance of all the Infrastructure and Network and should have experience of

Windows Server, Active Directory & Group Policy
MS Exchange
VoIP systems
Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls,
VMware, VLANs
SCCM

You will be the final point of escalation for the rest of the team but will have the assistance of an established Helpdesk and a 2nd Line Support Team which you will monitor and carry out daily management.
