Infrastructure Engineer required by an expanding organisation within the professional services sector on an FTC spanning 12 months. This company is offering an opportunity to gain valuable experience supporting multiple technologies within a sought-after sector, supporting end users in a face-to-face capacity.
Day to day, the Infrastructure Engineer will be supporting the organisation mainly on a 2nd and 3rd line basis across multiple sites, with some work on the helpdesk resolving ticketed 1st line issues if needed. This will involve dealing with software and hardware issues in an Office 365/Exchange heavy environment. This will involve troubleshooting and administration work.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Experienced in working within virtual environments with disaster recovery
- Exceptional support skills with MS Exchange, Office 365, Citrix, VMWare and Windows environments.
- Knowledgeable in network support, Powershell and installation work
