Head of MAC Infrastructure required by a well-established Legal Firm based in Mayfair, paying up to £60,000, supporting around 60 MAC users managing a team of 2 Engineers. You will need to be technically hands-on and have a strategic mindset to keep the MAC heavy organisation ahead of the game.

Reporting into the Business Director, you will be required to provide a professional, helpful service to anyone with technical issues alongside supporting time billing staff with technical new starter training. Your role will also be required to deliver projects to the board of Directors, stay ahead of the technology game, and ensure minimal disruptions to the business when implementing and delivering the project.

MAC, iOS, Macintosh
Jamf
Application and Hardware Support up of 3rd Line level,
Open Directory,
Command Line Scripting,
Networking and VPN Configuration and management,
Microsoft Office suite,
Project Management
Setting users up remotely when working from home

This role will be office based initially to get you up to speed and help you gain a feel for the company, although some work from home days will be permitted. Covid safe measures are in place for everyone’s safety.
