The Cyber Security Manager (Trainee) will join the IT Operations Team serving as the first point of contact for all incoming windows operating and 365 application issues, as well as basic hardware and mobiles including Apple and Android, across their clients. You will be responsible solely for logging the tickets while providing clear, concise and genuine communication to customers ensuring that their ticket will be raised, and resolved at by an IT professional.
Suitable candidates for this exciting Trainee position will have a strong academic background, and must be a gifted communicator, both written and verbal. You’ll have a good understanding of Windows and Office 365, familiarity with the inner workings of a computer (hardware) and a good grasp of Apple iOS and Android mobile phones.
