Applications Support Analyst required by a growing IT and software solutions company based in Romford to help support their clients based in the Essex area in both a remote and face to face capacity. Joining a team of 5, the Application Support Analyst will work on supporting both bepsoke and 3rd party applications and will be skilled in the support and use of MS SQL, Crystal Reports and Financial software. Any experience with SAGE would also prove extremely beneficial.
Day to day, the Application Support Analyst will support both a remote and onsite capacity, taking an active role in testing and deployment. They will be involved in the installation and configuration of computer systems, monitoring and maintaining those systems and networks and diagnosing and resolving system faults. The Application Support Analyst will also take an active role in distributing software and patches to end clients and providing supporting documentation.
