As the Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the operation and administration of the company’s IT infrastructure including internal networks, servers, email, cloud services, and network security systems. You’ll provide 3rd line technical support for the company’s Dell servers, email, Local Area networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and network security systems, including the management of hubs, switches, routers, and firewalls. They are primarily Microsoft and Cisco.
The right candidate for this Infrastructure Specialist position will have good all round IT infrastructure skills and have experience of the following:
- Active Directory and Group Policy (in-depth)
- Office 365 (in-depth)
- Smartphones
- VoIP telephony
- Azure AD
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Microsoft SQL Server (Database)
- TeamViewer
- VMware
This technical background must be balanced with effective communication and people skills.
