3rd Line Support Engineer required by a reputable legal firm located close to Southwark station. The company work mainly within the private wealth sectors. The 3rd Line Support Engineer will be part of a team of 7, assisting with the in house support of around 180 end users.
The 3rd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure. They will be involved with large scale projects and able to take the lead with niche tasks whilst also dealing with any technical 2nd line issues.
The 3rd Line Support Engineer will have a resilient and positive attitude and an exceptional customer facing manner, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
Essential Experience and Knowledge:
– Experience working within the legal sector
– Experienced in applications used within a legal environment such as ReKoop or BigHand
– Excellent stakeholder communication skills
– Experience in LAN, WAN and Firewalls
– Hold qualifications in ITIL, Cisco, VMWare
– Prince2 or equivalent would be beneficial
