2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer is required by a growing Managed Service Provider, who supports SME’s based in around the London area. This is quite a unique opportunity you will be in a client-facing role working remotely and given the responsibility to manage your own desk. You will be fully trusted with planning and managing your own workloads, including client visits and overtime.
The successful 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer will need to hit the ground running and have a proven track record in service delivery and support. This role will probably suit a solid 2nd Line Engineer who feels their current role is a little stagnant, hungry to learn more, and have the freedom to work independently whilst having the full backing and support from other team members and management.
You will need experience supporting users mainly operating in Windows environments however some users do have MAC’s which you will also be required to support.

- IT Infrastructure
- Cloud Hosting
- Office 365
Standard business hours apply for this role Mon- Friday 9am -5:30 pm however sometimes work will need to be completed outside of these hours to cause minimum disruption to the business, you will have control over your workload so will be able to plan this with your clients and compensated for any overtime or travel expenses incurred by client visits or out of hour maintenance that you plan into your days.
