2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer is required by a growing Capital Management company based in Green Park paying up to £45,000, plus benefits including a good contributory and private health care. Due to company growth over the last 12 months, they are looking to expand their established IT Team from 4 to 6 employees over the next couple of months. You will be supporting around 150 UK-based employees plus 60 international remote workers.

The successful 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer must be confident with their ability and work well under pressure as this team like to move quickly to resolve tickets and ensure that downtime is kept to a minimum. You will get stuck in with all BAU tickets and Project work and report directly to the IT Manager.

You must have experience with the following:

Windows 10 / 11
Office 365 including Teams
Windows server
Azure Active Directory
Liaising with 3rd party MSP
Knowledge of AWS

Experience or knowledge of Bloomberg platforms would be highly beneficial although not essential
