In this role the IT Support Technician will support over 600 users, working alongside the company’s on-site engineer, getting taught the ways from 1st/ 2nd line support to WiFi updates, an Azure migration and more. You’ll be working with Windows 10 and Apple Mac systems.

Candidates for this IT Support Technician position will have a good knowledge of Microsoft and MAC systems but most importantly be adaptable and eager to learn.
