2nd Line Support is required by a not-for-profit company with a vision to shape a better future for us all with teams of people focused on solving world problems. With 50 offices globally, you’ll join a IT Team of 5 supporting around 350 users based at the head office in Central London.
The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer must be confident, positive and engaging in order to handle a busy workload resolving IT issues with people at all levels of the business. Working in a Windows heavy environment, your duties will include analysing, troubleshooting, hardware rollouts, and software updates both face to face and remotely.
