2nd Line Support Analyst, paying up to £25k is required by one of Cheadle, Greater Manchester’s globally recognised marketing and customer communications provider who hold global brands across many different industry sectors.
Working as part of a small, busy team you will be responsible for providing 2nd line support to over 900internal end users across 25 sites globally serving customers in multiple industry sectors such as retail, financial services, travel, healthcare etc.
The successful 2nd Line Support Analyst will have experience working with Active Directory, Windows OS, Networking, Mac support, Citrix, Linux and have excellent communication skills.
