A Spanish/ German 2nd Support Engineer is required a by growing manufacturing firm based in the Borehamwood Head Office paying up to £30k.
You will need to speak and understand Spanish/ German to be able to hit the ground running working in a Windows Environment providing up to 2nd for internal staff in the UK and EU. You will report directly to Business Support Manager and will join a busy thriving Business Support team. You will need to be a proavtive team player and support various issues with windows and Microsoft based applications issues no 2 tickets are ever the same one call maybe a passwords reset in France the next call might be supporting someone in the Office face to face with a conferencing issue.
Experience managing ticket queues
- You must be confident speaking in Spanish/ German about IT related issues
- Office 365 deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019
- Experience dealing with MS Teams
- Knowledge of AzureAD and Active Directory
- Experience with Backup management
- Experience with Firewall / network infrastructure management
- Able to manage hardware and upgrades
- Experience with MDM deployment and management
- Excellent Customer service experience
